At LITHE AUDIOVISUALS SL we understand how important it is to protect your personal information. We handle it responsibly and in line with data protection law: the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
This policy explains what personal data we process about people who visit this website or contact us through it.
What data we process
Personal data is any information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. You do not need to give us any personal data to visit this website. It has no forms and no registration areas.
We process personal data in these cases:
When you email or call us. If you write to info@thefilou.tv (for example, from the link on our contact page) or call us, we process the data you give us: name, email, phone, company and whatever you tell us in your message.
When you browse the website. Like any website, the server automatically records technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, date and time, and pages requested), which is needed to show the website and keep it secure.
Why we process it, on what legal basis and for how long
To answer your enquiry or request. We use the data you give us by email or phone to reply and, if you ask us for a quote or a project, to manage it. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, when we prepare a quote or carry out a job, taking steps before a contract or performing it. We keep this data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
To run the website and keep it secure. Technical data about your visit is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and protected against attacks. It is kept in the server logs for a limited time and then deleted on a regular basis.
We do not create profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
Who we share it with and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law or with the providers that work for us as data processors, such as the company that hosts and maintains the website, with servers in the European Union.
Google Fonts. To show the text in its typeface, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers (Google Ireland Ltd.). When this happens, your browser connects to Google and sends it your IP address. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Vimeo. Some of our work can be watched on Vimeo. These are links: Vimeo receives no data from you until you click and leave our website. From then on, Vimeo's own privacy policy applies.
Accuracy of your data
You confirm that the data you give us is true, accurate and up to date, and you agree to tell us about any changes. If you give us data about other people, you confirm that you have informed them and have their consent to share it with us.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to know whether we process it and to get a copy. You can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or to delete it when it is no longer needed. You can also ask us to restrict its processing, object to it, withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting anything done before) and ask for data portability.
To exercise your rights, write to info@thefilou.tv or by post to LITHE AUDIOVISUALS SL, Passeig Antoni Borrell 1, Bajos · 08328 Alella (Barcelona), Spain.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
By giving us your data you confirm that you are over 14 years old. If we find that a child under 14 has given us personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians, we will delete it.
Social media
If you follow us or write to us on social media (for example, Instagram, LinkedIn or Vimeo), those platforms store your data on their own servers and their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing their terms of use and privacy settings. We may remove from our profiles any content posted by third parties that is unlawful or offends the dignity of people or institutions.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, which is why we do not ask you to accept them. If we ever use them, we will ask you first with a notice and explain them here. In any case, you can set your browser to warn you about or block cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version is always the one published on this page. See also our Legal notice.
